Try This Small Step To Navigate Feeling Unmotivated
I have read so many blogs and self-help websites that always emphasize the importance of motivation and tips on what to do to become motivated. From waking up earlier to journaling and setting goals, believe me, I have tried it all. While doing those things have been effective, there have been moments where nothing I tried helped and I was just left feeling “blah”. I was depressed but not to the point where I wanted to give up on everything, but the “blah” feeling was overwhelming, and it was hard to snap out of it to want to do anything. So what do you do when you don’t know where to begin? My answer is to DO SOMETHING.
