It’s been a long time coming ( 4 years to be exact!) but I am back and better than ever! A lot has transpired since the last episode and I am so excited to tell you guys all about it! I am in a good place mentally, physically and spiritually but it took a lot to get here and I want to share the journey with you…and what better time to do it than on my 40th birthday!
